How To Get Your Game On

So You've Done All The Steps...

Wrapping Up My Advice

So we talked about equipment what kinds there are, and the perks of each type of equipments. I showed you different set ups, and expressed to you to be wary of what type of console you choose. If you're on a budget, don't worry. You'll find something. Remember that there are good, cheap gaming computers if you don't want to bother wasting a TV, and there's always the option of building your own so you can update it whenever you like.

We also talked about how to get yourself going during the gaming process by finding good snacks to eat and what drinks help. Please remember to stay hydrated throughout this, though. It would be a shame if you got dehydrated. I wouldn't want anyone going to the hospital because they didn't drink enough water. Please bear in mind that it was a joke when I said that if you just drink water that I don't know what type of gamer you are. Your health and safety is a priority.

Then, we talked about being comfortable. No one can see what you're wearing behind the screen so being comfortable is extremely important. Go out and buy something cheap just to wear for gaming if you don't have anything super comfortable. And remember--no jeans, bras, or shoes! They get in the way and take away from precious game time.

Finally, we talked about picking the perfect game. If you have a TV-based console, try Walmart, Best Buy, or Amazon to check out the games they have. Remember some games are limited to certain consoles. Also, for my computer gamers out there, check out Steam or Origin for all your gaming needs! Humble Bundle also has some deals occasionally, so you don't break the bank!

Now that you know how to get your game on, there should be nothing stopping you from going out and starting. Don't be afraid to try new games. It's alright if you're not good at it right away. Gaming takes practice, so keep trying. If you fail, get back up again and don't listen to what other people say. If they tell you that you suck, tell them to go shove off because you're having fun, and that's what games are for: to have fun. Those that take it way too seriously by yelling at those not as good as them as jerks and I hope they lose their scorestreak and die first in their game.
