How To Get Your Game On

Step Three: Comfortable Clothing

A Comfy Gamer Means A Happy Gamer

When you're gaming, you don't want the hem of your pants digging into your hips, or be too hot or too cold, and if you're a girl..well, you don't want your bra strap digging into your skin. If you lose focus to adjust anything, you could lose your scorestreak or even worse..die! The way to prevent yourself from having to adjust your clothing too much is to wear comfortable clothing. This is for all gamers---male or female, young or old. The ultimate goal here is to make sure nothing, and I mean nothing, distracts you from getting your game on!

The Pants

If you decide to start gaming, first things first...don't wear jeans. Jeans can dig into your belly and hips, causing pain. They're also difficult to get off when in need for a quick bathroom break between rounds. You want something comfy and easy to slip off, so your options are a pair of sweat pants or shorts. Depending on the temperature outside (and in your home) will decide what you wear. If it's kinda chilly, wear sweatpants so you don't get cold. If it's kinda hot out, wear shorts--but not too short! You don't want your thighs sticking together if you sweat. Sweats and shorts are super easy to get on and off. If you just don't want to wear pants, wear boxers. This goes for both guys and girls. Boxers are way more comfy than any other undergarments and still will do the job of making sure your thighs don't rub.
And based off of experience..don't wear leggings or yoga pants. Those can switch to your thighs after a while and they're gross because you practically have to peel them off of your body at the end of the night. If you're cheap..go to Walmart. They have some for like...$10. Simple. Easy. Cheap. And, they make great pajama pants as well. On that note, don't wear your pajama pants. They will get sweaty and gross and then you'll have to sleep in them.
Sweatpants are cheap and can expand, which is why I'm pushing them so much. After a while, you're not going to be a proper person who sits up straight. You're going to start hunching over or leaning back in your chair with your gut out (whether you have one or not), and you don't want lines of where your pants dug themselves into. And if you insist on wearing jeans while you game, get out of my sight you monster.

If you do sweat a lot for some reason, I highly suggest putting baby powder or deodorant on your thighs so they don't sweat as much. It truly helps and your pants will thank you later!

The Shirt

Let me just start off by saying..girls..don't even bother wearing a bra. They're constricting and they hurt. Gaming is supposed to be fun and bras aren't.

Now that we have that out of the way, we can focus on the 2nd important thing: shirts. You don't want to wear anything itchy because then you'll be always scratching your arms. I don't care if your great grandma made you that sweater and it's good luck--it's itchy. Don't wear it! Don't wear muscle t-shirts. Don't wear too tight t-shirts. Wear a nice, simple t-shirt that is kinda flowy so your skin can breathe. As stated, if you sweat, this will help because then you can kind of air out your shirt easily with one hand. If it's a bit chilly, try a light sweatshirt. Getting too hot can make you sweat and have to switch shirts. There is no time for switching and only weaklings have to change midgame! Are you a weakling? I don't think so. Walmart also has simple shirts for $5. Spend $15 to make yourself comfortable and spend the rest of the night in Gamer Heaven!

Even The Shoes!

Just don't. Not even socks. If you truly insist, keep a pair of house slippers near you when you need to make a bathroom or snack run. Gotta let them toes breathe.
